Bao Tran - CNC Programmer

Bao Tran – CNC Programmer

Bao started with us in June of 2010 as a Janitor. He quickly showed his determination and moved into Production in just two short months. In January of 2013, Bao requested an opportunity in CNC and in October of 2023, he was promoted to CNC Programmer. We’re thankful to have such a go-getter on our team!

“I enjoy the variety of machines, parts, and learning opportunities I have here at Center. When I have asked for an opportunity to learn something new or try a new machine, I was given it!

Kevin Bertha - CNC Machinist

Kevin Bertha – CNC Machinist

In February of 2022, Kevin came to Center Industries Corporation with the assistance of our affiliate organization, CPRF. He was ready to start a new career path and began working in General Production with us.

In April of 2023, he was ready for more and requested an opportunity to start training in CNC. We went to work constructing a special ramp system to aid Kevin’s operating of several CNC machines. Kevin has a hunger for knowledge and plenty of drive. He soaks up knowledge daily and hopes to do his own set ups independently soon!

“I didn’t see that I had a career path. I felt stagnant and that I would be stuck on supplement income. Center has given me an opportunity to learn new things. My work here has given me more confidence in my personal life and pride in my work.

MacKenzie Winder - Production Frame Worker

MacKenzie Winder – Production Frame Worker

Center Industries Corporation welcomed MacKenzie to our team in January of 2019 with the assistance of CIC’s affiliate organization, CPRF. MacKenzie had gone on more than 25 interviews before she found the right fit at CIC, where she was offered a workstation set up with accommodations to meet her needs. We’re honored to have helped finally set MacKenzie up with the tools she needed for success. We appreciate your hard work with us, MacKenzie!

“I had been looking for a job for almost two years before I found work at Center. My job here has helped create more financial independence for myself. I am naturally shy, but working here has helped me learn to be more comfortable and confident in socializing with others.
